Conveyancing
If you are selling your home, we recommend you instruct the solicitor who will be assisting you with your conveyancing in the initial stages of your move, as soon as you decide to put your property on the market is the ideal time.
The benefit of doing this could potentially speed up the process by several weeks from the stage you accept an offer from a buyer, as it gives you time whilst your property is being marketed to complete the necessary forms and to dig out the paperwork your conveyancer will need in relation to your home.
If your conveyancer is in receipt of the paperwork at the point, they receive our memorandum of sale they will be able to issue the draft contract pack to your buyers’ solicitor without delay.
