It has been five years since the previous senior partners at Marriotts retired, the lettings and management division of their business at that point managed over 650 properties and was sold to accommodate their retirement plans.
We felt it was the right time to re-enter the market last year, as during our break from lettings we have continued to regularly receive inquiries from much-valued previous landlords and clients asking us when we would be back, along with new landlords looking for a friendly, local, and reliable letting agent. There has been a lot of legislative change in recent years making it increasingly difficult for landlords to navigate the market – this is where we, with our significant lettings experience and knowledge can add genuine value for our clients and help to make life easier.
