The Marriotts team are thrilled to have returned to the Nottingham lettings market and to be providing our Landlords with services to reflect their individual requirements.
We are already dealing with numerous local clients and urge Landlords who are looking for a fresh and personal approach to get in touch. It has been five years since the previous senior partners at Marriotts retired, the lettings and management division of their business at that point managed over 650 properties and was sold to accommodate their retirement plans.
We felt it was the right time to re-enter the market last year, as during our break from lettings we have continued to regularly receive inquiries from much-valued previous landlords and clients asking us when we would be back, along with new landlords looking for a friendly, local, and reliable letting agent. There has been a lot of legislative change in recent years making it increasingly difficult for landlords to navigate the market - this is where we, with our significant lettings experience and knowledge can add genuine value for our clients and help to make life easier.

Marriotts have planted 1000 new trees!
We have just planted 1000 more trees with Just One Tree!
WHY TREES?
Trees are the primary method we have for removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Without planting more, we'll not survive as a species.
And if cleaning the air we breathe wasn't impressive enough, trees also filter our water, stabilise the soil, form complex ecosystems, supply us with medicine and create sustainable incomes.
Our 1000 new trees will remove approximately 308 tonnes of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere over the next 25 years.

We are so thrilled that Marriotts has been recognised for delivering outstanding customer service to our clients by winning a Best in Postcode Award from The ESTAS - the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.
The award has been achieved via customer reviews submitted to the ESTAS review platform which is exclusively for property professionals, the reviews have been completed at the end of the moving experience.
